This room interior will apply colour and carpet specially in by the Axminster. Result designs makes Boiler House very differing.

Boiler House now acts as phonetic symbol arts, center culture and club house.

Lexington School Board To Meet With Architect

Lexington City School Board will be meeting on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. at the Waddell Elementary School Media Center. The board will be receiving an update from the architect.

School Board approves architect fees for new school design

School Board members unanimously approved a resolution requesting $97,500 to hire an architect to create a new design for the proposed Rossview Elementary School, which is to open in 2009.

However, if approved by the County Commission, the money will not be spent for about six months while school officials gather enough information from school system stakeholders.

The resolution will be presented to the County Commission at its informational nonvoting meeting at 7 p.m. Monday.

Woodwork Institute Bestows Excellence Awards

From a swanky yacht to a cathedral, entries poured in for the 2005-2006 Bernard B. Barber Jr. Award for Excellence and Ralph B. McClure Craftsmanship Awards, awarded by the Woodwork Institute. An architectural millwork organization, the Woodwork Institute serves Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona. Thirteen winners were selected as part of the awards program, which honors designers and fabricators.

Three projects earned the Bernard B. Barber award, which recognizes design professionals for excellence in certified specifications: New York-based Beyer, Blinder, & Belle for the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament located in Sacramento, California; Fentress Bradburn and Associates of Denver, Colorado for their work on the Sacramento City Hall; and Russell & Davis Architects for work on Tamalpais Bank in Corte Madera, California.

Interior Design Licensure Examination Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 57 out of 183 passed the Interior Designer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Interior Design in Manila this October 2006.

The members of the Board of Interior Design are Jose Ma. G. Hubilla, Chairman; Sonia S. Olivares and Antonio S. Adriano, Members.

The results were released in five (5) working days after the last day of examination.
