Office condo development planned for Lake Wylie

A Columbia developer plans a $20 million office condominium development in Lake Wylie, S.C. Jackson Corp. said Lake Wylie Business Centre will be near S.C. 49 and 274.Jay Jackson of Jackson Corp. said he believes the project will fill a need for for-sale and lease-to-purchase space in the area.

Each one-story brick building at Lake Wylie Business Centre will be 7,000 square feet. Units will range from 700 to 7,000 square feet. The completed project will total 91,000 square feet.

Jackson Corp. has developed other multimillion-dollar residential and business projects in the Southeast over more than 30 years.
